Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within  14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How it works

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in their original packaging. For coffee products, we may accept returns in specific cases even if a package has been opened – please contact us first.

To request a return, email us at shop@brewline.bg.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

What happens next

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.

Refunds are typically processed within a few working days (up to 5) after we receive the returned items.
